Ronald has participated in several projects as database administrator, system analyst, system designer and software developer — covering system documentation, database design, data management, data cleaning and analysis, and user training. He is industrious, adapts quickly to any working environment and is a strong team player.

He combines strong technical expertise with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling him to design effective systems, produce clear and user-focused documentation, and deliver practical training to diverse stakeholders.
